About Chiayi Crichton, APRN
Chiayi Crichton also known as “Rachel” is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner through the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners Certification Board. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Taipei Medical University in Taiwan and her Master of Science in Nursing from Northern Kentucky University.
With over 18 years of experience in healthcare, Rachel has worked in internal medicine, critical care, and dialysis. She is known for her patient-centered approach and commitment to empowering individuals through education and preventive care. Passionate about serving diverse populations, she strives to build trust and strong relationships with her patients and their families.
Outside of her clinical practice, Rachel enjoys traveling, spending time with her family, and spoiling her four kids.
