Keith Costello is a Nurse Practitioner with over 25 years in healthcare as an EMT, Paramedic, Volunteer firefighter, LPN, RN and now a Nurse Practitioner. He currently works as a rounding Nephrology Nurse Practitioner for Ocala Kidney group. Keith started his nursing career as an LPN, working in acute hemodialysis, long term acute care and cardiology. He obtained his RN in 2015, working in cardiology, home care and a Level 1 Trauma ICU. He obtained his BSN in 2019, and his MSN as a Nurse Practitioner in 2021, both from Chamberlain University. Since obtaining his FNP, Keith has worked in Cardiology, Internal Medicine and Nephrology. Keith joined Ocala Kidney Group in February 2023 in a PT/PRN capacity and recently came aboard FT with our group.
Keith is originally from Long Island, NY, he moved here in 2012 and now lives in Ocala with his wife Rebekah, also an NP with our practice. In his off time, Keith enjoys spending time with family and friends, riding and building motorcycles, traveling/adventures with Rebekah and renovating their home. Keith is planning on going back to school for a DNP degree and acute care certification.
