About Olanrewaju A. Olaoye MD, FASN, FASDIN
Dr. Olaoye is our newest Interventional Nephrologist to join Ocala Kidney Group.
Dr. Olaoye completed his medical school in Nigeria before proceeding to Ireland for surgical residency. He was awarded Membership of Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland (MRSCI) following fulfilment of basic surgical training requirement in Ireland.
He completed Internal Medicine residency at Tower Health, West Reading, PA prior to completing Nephrology Fellowship at University of Florida College of Medicine (UFCOM) in 2018. He joined Ocala Kidney Group in August of 2025. He is a Clinical Associate Professor of Medicine and a faculty at the Division of Nephrology, Hypertension, and Transplantation, University of Florida. His practice of Interventional Nephrology started in 2019 after training under Dr. John Ross at Dialysis Access Institute, Orangeburg, SC. He is a Fellow of American Society of Diagnostic and Interventional Nephrology (FASDIN).
In his personal time, Dr. Olaoye enjoys soccer, basketball, tennis, and mountain biking, as well as spending time with his wife and children.
