Rafael is OKG’s Vice President of Strategic Execution and Chief Administrative Officer. He joined OKG in June of 2022. Rafael is an innovative and energetic healthcare leader with a focus on practice operations, patient satisfaction, service line development, physician and staff recruitment, compliance and other critical areas in the healthcare arena. He is an experienced group practice administrator, having held top leadership roles in various physician groups and hospital organizations in his 35-year career. Rafael possesses a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the Pontifical Catholic University of Puerto Rico.
In his spare time, he loves spending time with his wife and family and practicing his hobby as a musician. He plays guitar, and percussion, and currently learning bass and Puerto Rican Cuatro!
