About Zina Padgett
Zina Padgett is serving as Operations Manager for Ocala Kidney Group, Inc. She moved to Ocala in 1970 and is a Graduate of Lake Weir High School. She went on to obtain her Certification in Human Resource Management, through Columbia Southern University. She started with OKG in July 1996, where she advanced over the years from HR and Payroll Manager to Office Manager and finally Practice Operations Manager. She is also a State of Florida Notary and currently serves on OKG’s Employee Morale Committee.
Zina and her husband have two children and 5 grandchildren. When she is not at work, she enjoys spending time on family vacations or supporting her grandkids’ sports or school events.
